Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?
Provided your order has not been dispatched, we may be able to make changes. Please get in touch with our team as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help in any way we can. This can be done quickly and efficiently via our WhatsApp channel.
How long would the scent last?
It depends on many factors, such as climate, cloth materials, and the number of sprays; usually, our perfume retains the fragrance for an average of 8 to 36 hours.
How long does it take for the delivery?
We usually deliver within 2 working days. We try our best to get it done in the next working day of placing the order (if not on holiday). We will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time before delivery.
I want a product that is out of stock - can you help?
Thana Parfums still operates as a boutique business here in the UAE and subsequently the manufacturing process can take longer than bigger brands, particularly due to the handcrafted nature of our products. Therefore we cannot typically predict when a product will be back in stock, but if you’d like to email us info@thanaparfums.com then we will notify you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Are Thana Parfums perfumes alcohol-free?
For Thana Parfums perfume EDPs we use standard denatured alcohol derived from natural sources like sugar cane, but it is unfit for human consumption. Thana Parfums has strong moral values which is why we declare all ingredients on the packaging as per international regulations such as EU & FDA, and approvals from Dubai Municipality and ESMA authorities.
